Our story began with a simple mission: to provide compassionate, medically guided weight loss care that truly transforms lives. Founded by Nurse Practitioner Jelinda Stokes, our clinic was created to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and personalized wellness support. With a passion for helping patients feel confident, empowered, and in control of their health, Jelinda built a practice focused on sustainable results — not quick fixes — and a commitment to caring for the whole person, not just the number on the scale.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Jelinda Stokes, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated mental health nurse practitioner committed to helping individuals achieve whole-person wellness. Throughout her career, she has treated a wide range of mental health conditions, providing compassionate, evidence-based care through her private mental health practice.
Recognizing the strong connection between mental health and physical wellbeing, she expanded her services to include medically guided weight loss. After seeing firsthand how weight struggles impact confidence, mood, and overall quality of life, she became passionate about offering safe, structured GLP-1 medical weight loss solutions.
Today, she provides convenient virtual consultations, making both mental health care and medical weight loss accessible to individuals wherever they are. Her approach is intentional, supportive, and focused on sustainable results — because true wellness addresses both the mind and the body.
